Processing & Shipping I personally curate and pack every single envelope in my studio in Brisbane, Australia! All Snail Mail Club editions ship out on the 9th of each month.

Order Cutoff To receive the upcoming month's mail, you must place your order by the 28th of the previous month.

• Example: To join us for the May edition, you must sign up by April 28th.

Shipping Speed Options At checkout you can choose Tracked or Untracked shipping. Untracked shipping is more affordable but does not include a tracking number, and I'm unable to offer refunds or replacements for parcels lost in transit under this option. If tracking and delivery confirmation matter to you, I'd recommend selecting the tracked option.

International Shipping Please note that international orders may be subject to local customs fees or import taxes, which are your responsibility as the recipient.
